Obviously, there isn't one now.  Pick any station, doesn't matter which one, across the board, if you leave your TV on and walk away, I promise you that you will be able to clearly hear whatever commercial is airing from the farthest reaches of your home, if not from half-way down the street.

For the record ... yes, I do keep track.  And, no, I will not buy the products of the advertisers whose commercials hurt my ears.  You want my business?  Stop screaming at me!
